My ‘naff off’ letter
Just thought I’d share 
In reply to your last letter, you are in error, you do not in fact “have to ask” me for information about the education I am providing for my daughter. Your legal duty to make enquiries exists only if you have reason to believe that I am failing in my Section 7 duties. If you have specific concerns that lead you to believe that this is the case I will address them. Otherwise, in light of the current situation with regard to EHE policy both locally and nationally I have no intention of co-operating with any ultra vires requests.

I told my LA this last year after one visit and one report with philosophy, they wrote back saying we will be contacting you next year but so far they haven’t. Wise I think on their part.
