I only had to order the vegetarian rennet, a length of muslin and a small plastic cheese mould (used http://www.smallholdersupplies.co.uk/ ) The online recipe did call for some special starter bacteria and we may yet regret not buying that, but my excuse is that we were aiming for a 1620s style cheese
